Crib Room
The Crib Room is located in Room 18 in the North Wing. Childcare for infants through 2 years old is provided Sunday mornings during the Worship and the Sunday School hour (approximately 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.).
Our goal in the Crib Room is to provide your child with a safe, clean and loving environment every Sunday morning. Crib Room parents are asked to observe some of the following:
- Safety and proper care of your child is most important to us. Please notify our staff in writing of any allergies or special needs for your child.
- Help your child and the other children stay healthy -- if your child has had a fever of more than a 100ºF within the past 24 hours or appears to be sick in any other way (persistent or heavy cough, green runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea) then we ask that you do not bring your child to the Crib Room.
- Our staff is committed to having the Crib Room open and ready every Sunday morning by 9:15 a.m. Be courteous to them, and pick up your child(ren) no later than 12:15 p.m.
Toddlers
The Toddler Room is located in Room 17 in the North Wing. Childcare and Bible teaching for children ages 3-4 years old is provided Sunday mornings during the Worship and the Sunday School hour (approximately 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.) On June 25, child care will be provided for infants and toddlers until 12:00 Noon). Otherwise, please make a note to pick up your children no later than 11:00 a.m. on Sunday Mornings.
We use the Bible-In-Life curriculum published by Cook Communications. The lesson is taught during the Worship Service and is reinforced all morning through the Sunday School hour. The children spend two hours learning the Bible story each week and have the same teachers for Worship all the way through Sunday School. Our teaching teams commit to spending an entire month (Worship Service through Sunday School) in the Toddler Room.
The toddler-teaching schedule begins in the worship service and ends with Sunday School. The children spend 2 hours learning their Bible story each week, and have the same teachers all morning. We encourage parents to talk to their children about the Bible stories they are learning, and to re-read the stories to their children from picture Bibles. The toddler room is located in Room 17 in the North Wing.
